1. This product is specially used for automatic riveting and welding of H-shaped steel stiffening plates (hereinafter referred to as "stiffening plates"). It can be started with one button and can work continuously for a long time with high production efficiency;
2. The intelligent control system (hereinafter referred to as the "platform") is based on TCP/IP communication and consists of an industrial computer, an industrial switch, a display, an operation panel and intelligent control software;
3. The "platform" automatically recognizes the drawings, automatically plans the position of the ribs and the weld trajectory, and does not require manual measurement or marking, thus eliminating the need for riveters and welders;
4. Automatically shape the steel flange, the correction range is the web width + 1mm, which is convenient for the installation of the rib plate;
5. Fast riveting speed and high precision, one piece can be riveted in 30 seconds on average, with a position accuracy of ±2mm;
6. According to the given welding parameters and motion trajectory, the robot accurately repeats the welding action, without the influence of emotional fluctuations during manual welding, and the product quality is stable;
7. The program is programmed by combining offline programming and on-site teaching, and the arc tracking corrects the movement trajectory of the welding gun to ensure the quality of the weld, eliminating the investment in the 3D visual tracking system;
8. One riveting robot is matched with four welding robots, which can replace 4-8 skilled welders and 2-4 skilled riveters. Only one person is needed to operate, which greatly saves labor costs.
9. Manual turning of steel sections saves investment in turning machines in the early stage. Automatic steel turning machines can be added later according to production needs.
10. Automatically cut wire, clean slag and spray oil on the welding gun regularly to ensure the performance of the welding gun;
11. The work island has two modes: one-to-four on both sides and one-to-two on one side, which can be freely selected; you can also choose only riveting work and let the welding work be completed by a single-machine welding workstation.
